All items for sale on L J Sewing website are brand new which means they have never been worn or used. All items are manufactured by L J Sewing in Canada unless otherwise stated. Following Washing Instructions
Please read the washing instructions on the label. Turn garment inside out before washing for colour protection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect product before commencement of any embellishments. Because of various methods cleaning and laundering of garments, we will not guarantee garments against shrinkage and cannot accept responsibility for conditions of any clothing after washing or cleaning. Under no circumstance will we be responsible for merchandise that has been altered due to silk screening or heat-sealing of names or numbers. Due to the nature of our in-stock program, colour dye lots may vary slightly. Actual fabric colours may vary form printed colours shown in our catalogue.

Purchased items may only be returned for the reasons, mentioned above, "Condition as set forth in the item description", or, "incorrect size as set forth in the item description". In other words, items may not be returned if for any other reason the purchaser changes their mind and decides they do not wish to purchase the item because they don't like it, have found something they like better, something less expensive, or are simply suffering from buyers remorse. Please read all item descriptions thoroughly, as well as completing your due diligence and comparative shopping prior to your purchase. We encourage you to ask all pertinent questions through e-mail or contacting one of our representatives directly.

All school purchase orders require a written consent as well as first time school purchase orders exceeding $1000 will require a 25% deposit.

L J Sewing is a corporation doing business in the province of Ontario - therefore all Ontario residents are subject to paying Ontario PST sales tax. All Canadian residents are required to pay GST above and beyond the PST (if applicable).
